WORKCELL SCOPE · MANAGER REVIEW NOT LIVE

Start with one task
and the manager’s question.

Manager review is not live. This page is a scope guide, not a price list or order. It outlines the evidence and site validation a task may need.

제안 구성 · 검증 전

Build around the manager’s decision.

Start the discussion with Core and Vision. Scope Edge, Fusion and a display only when the task needs them.

PROPOSED SCOPE TO DISCUSS · CORE + VISION + EDGE CANDIDATE

00

Core

The planned manager workflow for reviewing a work standard, observed evidence and manager decisions. Task analysis is not live.

01

Vision

The proposed first sensor input. The actual camera and workcell conditions require validation.

02

Edge

An edge-compute evaluation candidate. NVIDIA Jetson Orin Nano is not a confirmed shipping configuration or compatibility promise.

OPTIONAL AFTER TASK REVIEW

Add only the options the task needs.

03

Fusion

An optional way to add task-relevant sensor inputs. Validate each device, connection and combination by workcell.

04

Display

A manager tablet or existing display is optional; supported clients must be confirmed.

This is a proposed package structure, not a confirmed SKU catalog, compatibility promise, quote or order, product availability, installation or deployment, or performance claim.

Review workcell planning topics

Start with manager review.

Work-execution review is the first product direction. Quality decisions and robot automation are later goals, each requiring its own evidence and review.

  1. 01 · FIRST PRODUCT DIRECTION · NOT LIVE

    Manager review of work execution

Managers review each worker’s observed steps, sequence, permitted variations, tool readings and timing against an agreed work standard. Adherence, pace and product quality remain separate.

    Evidence to define first

Agree on one task standard, observable signals, and rules for missing or uncertain intervals.

  2. 02 · FUTURE STAGE · EVIDENCE GATE

    Product-quality decisions

Connect work history to independent final-inspection, measurement or rework outcomes and verified defect labels before considering quality decisions. This stage is not available now.

    Required before entry

Trace outcome sources and defect labels, then evaluate error costs and operating conditions.

  3. 03 · LONG-TERM DIRECTION · SAFETY VALIDATION

Robot automation for validated repeatable work

Robot automation is a long-term direction. Humanoids are one possible form; the product is not tied to a single robot type.

    Required before entry

Validate task-specific success, failure, recovery, human intervention and safety evidence.

Data volume alone does not advance a workcell. Expand scope only after that stage’s evidence and site review pass.

Choose equipment after defining the evidence.

Review existing signals first. Discuss candidate equipment only when needed.

Use existing sensors and records

Start with vision; check connection conditions for any needed tool readings or PLC events.

RESPONSIBILITY & CONDITIONS

Quote after the workcell
scope is understood.

A proposal follows review of one task, the needed sensors and edge device, and the integration, installation and validation scope. No fixed price or standard bill of materials is published.

Iruvy does

We scope the evidence needed and candidate devices and connections for future site-specific validation, including edge-compute candidates.

Customer prepares & approves

You describe the repeated task and standard, available camera, tool or PLC records, and installation and operations owners.

Verify before the next step

Set the confirmed scope and configuration only after future site-specific validation of connections, installation and performance.

The quote follows
the workcell package.

Sensor and hardware combinations are candidates. A proposal follows confirmation of validated components and responsibilities.

Task scope
Number of workcells, work standard, required steps and allowed variations
Sensors and edge
Reuse of cameras, tools or PLC signals and any additional devices needed
Display and connection
Optional tablet, supported site clients, network and data-access conditions
Validation and support
Field criteria, installation, support and maintenance ownership

What your proposal should establish.

  • Included capabilities and connection scope
  • Preparation and installation responsibilities
  • Factory validation criteria and schedule
  • Equipment, software and support costs and terms
